Hi, I’m Kaitlyn Martinez—a 23-year-old artist, gamer, and aspiring game designer passionate about creating immersive experiences. Art has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. From painting and drawing to crafting intricate 2D art, I’ve spent years refining my creative skills.
As my love for video games and esports grew, I discovered a deeper passion: game creation. Since 2019, I’ve been working to turn this passion into reality. Along the way, I’ve gained experience in 3D modeling, animation, and level design using tools like Maya, Mudbox, and Unreal Engine. While I’ve enjoyed exploring various aspects of game development, my ultimate goal is to focus on level design and crafting amazing, enjoyable games for people to play.
In addition to game development, I also dabble in graphic design and have taken on freelance projects, helping clients bring their creative visions to life. These experiences have broadened my artistic skill set and deepened my understanding of visual storytelling.
Currently, I’m pursuing my bachelor’s degree at Keiser University, where I proudly maintain a 4.0 GPA and compete as an active member of the university’s esports team. I’ve created several games so far, including a project that’s on track to be released on Steam. In addition, I’m skilled in using Adobe Photoshop for graphic design, After Effects for motion graphics and animations, and Illustrator for vector artwork. These tools give me the versatility to handle everything from creating stunning visuals to designing engaging user interfaces and game assets.
