I believe every game I design and every animation I create should evoke emotion, immerse players, and offer an engaging experience. Through my experience as a team captain and in-game leader for my college esports team, I’ve honed invaluable leadership skills that have shaped my approach to work. These roles taught me the importance of clear and effective communication—whether working with teammates in high-pressure environments or collaborating with a development team. I’ve learned that both verbal and written communication are essential for success.

Leading a team of diverse individuals with varying personalities and skill sets required me to be adaptable and empathetic, allowing me to understand and respond to the needs of others while keeping the team motivated and focused on the goal.
